I am currently serving my fifth term as president of the Quinault Indian Nation. Previously I have served as president of the Affiliated Tribes of Northwest Indians, a vice president of the National Congress of American Indians, and as a chairperson of the National Commission on Indian Trust Administration and Reform.
As an Oxford-educated human rights attorney,
I have also served as a judge, tribal attorney, and intelligence officer.
I'm running to aggressively advance a sovereignty agenda that is reflective of our unique and collective strengths. My goal is to harness and unleash the full potential of all of Indian country and rally behind an agenda that demands political, economic, and social justice, inside and outside of the United States.
